- Browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent. Collected anonymously for statistical purposes.
- Chat data: messages exchanged with the AI assistant integrated in the Website are processed to provide the requested responses.

4. Data retention

Contact data will be retained while an active relationship with the user exists or until deletion is requested.
5. Recipients and international transfers
Personal data will not be transferred to third parties except by legal obligation. The Website uses the following third-party services that may have access to browsing data:
- Google Fonts (Google LLC): font loading service. Does not install cookies. Privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy
- Integrated AI assistant (joseenrique.es): the AI chat integrated in the Website processes user messages to generate responses. Does not permanently store personal identification data.

Users may exercise the following rights at any time by emailing info@aiprojectmanager.es with the subject "Data Protection":
- Access: find out what personal data is being processed.
- Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure ("right to be forgotten"): request deletion of data when no longer necessary.
- Restriction: request that processing be limited to certain purposes.
- Portability: receive data in a structured, commonly used format.
- Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interest.
Users have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if they consider that the processing of their data does not comply with applicable regulations.
